Create your impact

We believe in the power of science and technology. And we believe in people's drive. We bring all three together in one mission: to help cool the Earth.

FOCUS ON ROLES INSTEAD OF POSITIONS

SCW is not only unique in mission, team spirit, and innovation but also in the way of collaboration.

Thinking outside the box is encouraged here, it's even a prerequisite for innovation. And this applies to the responsibilities of our employees, and therefore also to you as a future employee.

We work based on roles rather than positions. A role is a task you take on because you have abilities and intrinsic motivation in that area, to add value to SCW, wherever you are in the organization. We expect our people to recognize these opportunities themselves and take responsibility.

We have found that working from roles allows for greater impact than from a single position. This means that you can fulfill multiple roles with us. Therefore, we are also looking for people who want to have their own input, are eager to take responsibility, and want to develop themselves.

SCW Culture

SCW is evolving over the coming years from a rapidly growing scale-up to a nationally and internationally operating organization; a necessary phase in which we are guided by our core values: impact, together, urgency to act, and belief in the feasibility of solutions.

Take the SCW Culture Fit Scan and let's discover together to what extent your motivations align with SCW.
